Who we are: Founded almost 29 years ago, Manpower & Maintenance Services Limited (MMS) and its subsidiaries provide multiple services to over 180 companies, including BPO’s, Island wide. With offices in Kingston, Montego Bay and Mandeville, the entities, led by a capable and efficient management team, are primed to deliver quality services that match the needs of the clients in a variety of businesses.
Our Subsidiaries
The subsidiaries include: Manpower & Maintenance Business Services Limited (MMBS), whose main offerings are business and consumer solutions with a focus on services for the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry and Human Resource Outsourcing; The Institute for Workforce Education and Development Ltd (IWED), an accredited Training Institution, some of whose courses are accredited by the National Council on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NCTVET); the MMS Placement Agency Ltd., a fully licensed operation that recruits, trains and places both temporary and permanent skilled personnel; and Space Rental by MMS which offers affordable accommodation for corporate meetings, training and other activities and events. MMS Group also includes the Manpower and Maintenance Services Foundation, the vehicle for corporate social responsibility with a focus on education and sports.

A solutions-oriented group, MMS sees BPOs as a commercial enterprise whose time has come and as such they comprise one of the pillars of focus for business growth. The responsibility of a senior manager, the service support offered to the BPO industry includes;
