Are there size limitations to your services?

MMS currently boasts the largest Maintenance staff and equipment in the Caribbean and South America. No job is too small and no job is too large. Our professionally trained staff have 25-30 years of experience providing services.

Do you offer one-time cleaning services in addition to contract cleaning services?

MMS offers three (3) types of services- one-time, scheduled yearly or daily cleaning contracts. We sit with you to design the best possible solutions to meet your needs.

Can you provide all of my building maintenance needs in addition to standard cleaning and janitorial services?

MMS currently provide 18-21 facilities management services. We are considered by many as the best option for providing a “one stop shop” for facilities maintenance management.

What types of buildings and in what industry do you clean?

MMS cleans all type of building in all industries. We currently serve airports, wharves, healthcare institutions, BPOs, factories, hotels, construction and renovation sites, educational institutions, private facilities, shopping malls, sport facilities and commercial enterprises such as banks and other business.

What is the quality of the service?

MMS endeavors to provide the most professional service by highly qualified staff in each of the fields we currently serve.

What if a business or organization simply needs a round of basic cleaning tasks done on a regular basis?

MMS can structure and schedule consultation services to fit your business needs and operations. We take into consideration your operating time or closure times to provide you with 24HR service.

Can you provide cleaning services to all our facility locations?

MMS offers island wide services to different levels of clients 24HRs a day. No matter where you are, we will be there with you.

Do you use eco-friendly products?

MMS believes in a safe working environment not just for the ecosystem but your staff/our staff and the building we serve on a whole.

Do you need to see my property before the cleaning begins?

To get a proper needs analysis it is recommended that a thorough walk through is conducted, this is done free of cost to you.

Are we tied to long term contracts?

No, you may choose to use MMS on a “as needs basis”

Are background checks performed on all employees?

Background and safety checks are done on all staff, particularly staff who work in sensitive areas.

What are your rates?

All jobs are priced according to task, from daily office cleaning, commercial facility, carpet cleaning or one off heavy duty clean. Variations such as materials, equipments etc are taken into account when calculating the final cost.

Do you supply everything required?

We supply equipment, materials and labour required to carry out the task

How do we pay you?

Commercial customers are invoiced depending on their contract, while one off work is due same day or 7 days after. You can pay by online banking, cash or cheque.

Do all staff receive training and development?

Our staffs receive training on a contract startup basis and can be provided with regular training at a cost

What if I am not satisfied? How difficult is it to cancel our agreement?

We try our hardest to ensure customer satisfaction, however, if you determine that you wish to cancel or agreement, you can provide us with a thirty (30) days notice and your agreement will be canceled.

Can I get an estimate over the phone?

We will need to make a brief visit to your facility to provide you with an exact cost proposal which is of no cost to you our prospective client.

What is the procedure should something be damaged during cleaning?

If damage or breakage occurs while we are cleaning your premises, we will make every effort to have the item repaired (or replaced if repair is not possible). Insurance claims will be filed where appropriate.

What if I need to change my cleaning day?
