GSAT Awards 2018

Chairman and CEO of Manpower and Maintenance Services Limited (MMS), Audrey Hinchcliffe (centre), is happy to be flanked by GSAT awardees Ajani Whyte (left) who is headed to St. George’s College and Mercedes Watson who is bound for Campion College as they all smile for the camera during a function organized by MMS to honour 34 of the children of staff members who completed the GSAT examinations earlier this year. The students received bursaries from the Manpower Foundation, gift certificates to start their own accounts from First Heritage Cooperative Credit Union; as well as supplies and other tokens from Lasco distributors, the Guardian Group, Grace Foods, Hi-Lo Food Stores, and PriceSmart at MMS’ annual GSAT Awards ceremony held at the Company’s headquarters in Kingston on Friday, August 24.

GSAT Awardees of 2018 smile happily with Manpower & Maintenance Services Limited’s Chairman & CEO Audrey Hinchcliffe, following the presentation ceremony that was held at Manpower’s Eureka Road headquarters in Kingston in August this year. Through the GSAT Awards programme, children of the Company’s employees and its subsidiaries and associate entities who are entering high school for the first time, are assisted with back to school and other necessary supplies to help them to make what for many, can be an economically challenging transition. Since its inception, hundreds of students have benefitted from the MMS GSAT Awards programme.
