About

The MMSFoundation is the philanthropic arm of Manpower and Maintenance Services Ltd. Established in 2003, the Foundation is the embodiment of the organization’s commitment to develop an empowered Jamaican workforce that will spur national development. It partners with private and public sector entities to develop and implement projects that focus on education and sports.

Sports Development

Participation in sports activities not only builds good health and physical stamina, but also provides opportunities for persons to develop the strong mental and interpersonal skills they need to succeed in life and in business. The Foundation is proud to support team sports in communities as it is a proven avenue, for young people, in particular, to develop the values and attitudes needed to improve themselves, their communities and the nation. These values and attitudes include:

Some of the sport initiatives undertaken by the Foundation include sponsorship of:

  • Prep-school football competitions.
  • The provision of gears for team sport.
  • Golf tournaments to raise funds for children’s home.
